Constructing Genealogical Proof: Conflict Resolution, Indirect Evidence, and Written Conclusions

Solving difficult genealogical problems requires advanced evidence analysis. An important part of evidence analysis is piecing together clues from indirect evidence and resolving conflicts to reach a conclusion. This class will explain the differences between various types of evidence, discuss how to resolve conflicting information, and demonstrate how to write a conclusion as a proof summary.
