Find Your Relatives in NEW Ancestor Connector with 21,000 Individuals

For new and experienced family historians, this session introduces a powerful, easy-to-use tool. Ancestor Connector links your FamilySearch Tree to a groundbreaking database of over 21,000 individuals within more than 14,000 digitized and newly transcribed 19th-century, primary-source documents from around the world. The research for these individuals, by trained genealogists, also includes spouses, parents, and children, multiplying potential discoveries to hundreds of thousands.

In this session, a researcher, technologist, and historian will guide you through the process of discovering your relatives, understanding the research, and using technology to deepen your family history experience. You’ll learn how to connect your FamilySearch account, navigate the Ancestor Connector, link directly to the primary sources in the 55,000 pages of records, and explore this rich history in a deeply personal way.
