Steve Rockwood

Stephen T. Rockwood is the President/CEO of FamilySearch International and the Managing Director of the Family History Department of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.  Before his appointment as CEO, Steve served as Director of the International Division at FamilySearch.
Prior to joining FamilySearch, Steve co-founded Alpine Access that specialized in creating unique customer service offerings for Fortune 500 companies such as American Express, Disney, GE Capital and others. 
Steve received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brigham Young University and an MBA from the University of Colorado in Boulder, CO.
Steve was born in Rock Springs, Wyoming.  He married Jill Ansley Forbes in August 1985. They are the parents of four children and eight grandchildren.  Steve and Jill reside in Draper Utah.
