Cel Soria was born in Butuan City, Agusan del Norte. She is the youngest of 8 children of Crisanto and Lilia Cabrera. She graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy at the University of Santo Tomas, Espana, Manila.

She is currently the Manager of PH-Team at Soar.com.

Married to Joey Soria and they are blessed with 4 children.
