Kim Jenkins, AG®

Kim Jenkins is an Accredited Genealogist® specializing in England research. She holds a BIS degree with an emphasis in Family History Research. As Study Group Coordinator for ICAPGen℠ and a study group leader and mentor, she oversees and facilitates study groups that support genealogists working toward accreditation. An experienced presenter and trainer, she has taught and presented to large audiences across the United States. She appreciates the challenge of DNA analysis and correlating genetic and documentary evidence. Her interest in family stories began in childhood, accompanying her grandparents to family cemeteries each Memorial Day. Those early experiences taught her the value of the threads that tie us to the past. Today, she loves teaching others how to pick up those threads and weave their own family narratives.
