Understanding Catholic Marriage Supplements and Dispensations

In order to get married in the Catholic church, there was a process and forms to fill out. This session will talk about the process of marriage and the records created, including what instances required a dispensation from the bishop to be married. Examples will be used from Catholic parish registers in Europe and Latin America.
