Hélène Debacq

A genealogy enthusiast since the age of 13, Hélène started before the era of digitalization in 1995! Armed with paper and pencil, she wrote to town halls and waited (im)patiently for replies. Since then, she has continued her research on an almost daily basis. She also spent a year in Boston. Following a career change, she obtained a Diploma in Genealogy and Family History in Nîmes.

Since 2017, Helene has been working at Heredis to pursue her passion. She is in charge of software testing and training, and also handles genealogical research requested by customers.
