Angela Thorup

Angela has always been passionate about learning her family’s history. She began as a volunteer with the FamilySearch Library's U.S. and Canada team and now serves as an intern with the Nordic team. Currently in her final semester of the Family History Research Program at BYU-Idaho, she's enjoyed discovering new research techniques. In her free time, Angela loves teaching others how to trace their ancestors and is always excited to see their joy when they make meaningful connections. Outside of family history, she enjoys spending time with her family, painting, and tackling escape rooms.
