Lizette Pelletier

Lizette Pelletier has thirty-five years of experience in the field of archives and records management. She has been State Archivist since 2014. Her career has focused on improving researcher accessibility to records through improved finding aids and other access tools, community outreach, and disaster preparedness and emergency response for cultural heritage organizations. The State Archivist also serves as the chairperson of the State Historical Records Advisory Board [CT SHRAB], the central advisory body for historical records preservation, which provides archival education to and facilitates cooperation among the state"s historical records repositories.
