Sarah Busse Spencer, PhD

Sarah Busse Spencer, PhD, is a professional genealogist specializing in immigration, German, Russian and Eastern European family history research. She has a MS from BYU and a PhD from University of Chicago in Sociology. As a sociologist, she conducted hundreds of hours of oral history interviews. She has lived in Germany and Russia and uses both languages fluently. She gives lectures and workshops on genealogy from beginning to advanced levels.
