I’m an AI/ML engineering leader with 10 years of combined research and industry experience designing, building, and scaling AI systems that perform reliably in production. Over the last decade, I’ve delivered solutions across the end-to-end ML and GenAI lifecycle—data ingestion and pipelines, model development and experimentation,
evaluation frameworks, deployment, MLOps, monitoring, and iteration—ensuring models remain accurate, observable, secure, and cost-effective over time. My work
spans applied ML and GenAI, including NLP, document intelligence (OCR/ICR,
classification, metadata and structured extraction, validation and QC workflows),
retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) for enterprise search, agentic automation,
forecasting, and personalization. I emphasize engineering discipline: clear success
metrics, robust validation, failure-handling and fallbacks, reproducible experiments, and
production monitoring to manage drift and quality changes. As a leader, I guide crossfunctional teams, align roadmaps with business goals, and deliver scalable systems that reduce operational friction and unlock new product value. I enjoy mentoring engineers and building repeatable frameworks that help teams move from prototypes to dependable AI products.
