Andrea Bentschneider

Andrea Bentschneider is one of Germany's foremost genealogy experts, with more than 20 years of experience helping families uncover their German heritage. She is the founder of the German Genealogy Collective (GGC), an educational community offering expert guidance, masterclasses, and research support, and of Beyond History, a professional genealogy and heir research agency established in 2004.

Andrea has appeared on Who Do You Think You Are? and Finding Your Roots and is a frequent contributor to German television and radio. She serves as President of the Association of German-Speaking Professional Genealogists and previously served on the Board of the International German Genealogy Partnership (IGGP). A sought-after speaker, she regularly presents at leading genealogy conferences around the world, sharing her expertise in German family history research.
