Shar‘iah Court Registers (Sijillat) for Family History for Muslim, Christian, and Jewish Ancestry

This course will provide an introduction to Sijillat records from the Ottoman Empire and Iran. The course will give an overview of their possible contents and suggest their use for family history investigations.
