Chandra Schmidt

Chandra L. Schmidt started on her family history journey in 2020 by researching her husband's family during the Covid-19 pandemic. Soon after, she decided to look into family history research/genealogy as a career option. Chandra graduated with her AAS in Family History Research through Brigham Young University - Idaho in December of 2024. In 2025, she got an internship position at the FamilySearch Library in Salt Lake City, Utah. Chandra is currently planning on starting the process to receive her accreditation through ICAPGen later this year.
