Eat That Frog! Winning With Family History Research When You Have ADHD, Anxiety & Other Challenges
Do you have challenges such as ADHD (Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder), Anxiety, Chronic Fatigue or eyesight issues that sometimes make it hard for you to work on family history? Learn ways to move forward and have more success with family history research when you have challenges. Do the hardest task first, or "Eat That Frog," as taught by Brian Tracy. We will cover how to work with the ADHD brain, whether your own or a family member’s or friend’s. Some signs of Adult ADHD: Difficulty staying on one task to completion. Boredom intolerance. Time management and organization issues. Difficulty completing multi-step tasks, such as writing detailed reports. We will explore several techniques to counteract these challenges and conquer your next family history objective, whether it is finding out more about an ancestor or scanning a box of photos and artifacts. The best cure for all these challenges is taking a step to work on family history. It helps us feel better.
