Diego Torres

Diego Torres is an Argentinian singer, songwriter, producer, musician, and actor. He started his career when he was very young as an actor, but then began his professions of musician and actor, which he maintains until today.

As an actor he has participated in nine movies, among which the most outstanding ones were his leading roles in La furia, La venganza, Extraños en la noche, Papeles en el Viento, Casi Leyendas, y Re loca.

He released nine studio albums, one compilation, and three live albums. He obtained multiple Gold and Multiplatinum records throughout Latin America, the United States, and Europe.

Among his biggest music hits are Color Esperanza, Tratar de estar mejor, Penelope, Sueños, Usted, Andando, Guapa, Un Poquito and Este Corazón among many others. He has had great collaborations throughout his career, Ruben Blades, Mercedes Sosa, Juan Luis Guerra, Ivete Sangalo, Carlos Santana among others.

During his career as a singer, he has garnered an extensive list of successes, a record of consecutive successful performances at Luna Park, and sold-out events in stadiums such as River Plate and Velez Sarsfield in Argentina, as well as massive concerts throughout Latin America, the United States, Europe, and Israel.

Released in May of this year, "Atlántico a pie" is the most recent album. It was nominated for a Latin Grammy® Award for Best Traditional Pop Vocal Album. In this work, Diego Torres is the author, composer, and producer of all the songs, along with Miguel "Yadam" González.

The album features 13 songs including the hits Un poquito, Esa mujer, Amanece and Este corazón. It also includes an acoustic version of Amanece and an urban remix of Un poquito. It also includes collaborations with artists such as Ivete Sangalo, Carlos Vives, Fonseca, Natiruts, Macaco, Florent Pagny, Jorge Villamizar, Buika and Catalina García.
