Jon Morrey

Jon oversees exploratory software projects for large-scale advancements in family history research and productivity. Examples of his team's projects include natural language processing (NLP) applications, optical character recognition (OCR) of historical documents, handwriting recognition, and graph databases, to name a few. Although his day-to-day work at FamilySearch is highly technical, Jon never misses an opportunity to help people with their own family history.
