Mitch Morrissey

A career prosecutor for 33 years, Mitch Morrissey served as the elected Denver District Attorney for the 2nd Judicial District from 2005 to 2017. Mitch's work with forensic DNA dates to the 1980's and led to his becoming internationally recognized for his expertise in DNA technology and applying that technology to solve crimes. He has trained law enforcement officers and prosecutors throughout the United States, the Middle East, Central America, and Canada. He currently runs United Data Connect, a company that solves Cold Cases with DNA Investigative Genetic Genealogy. Mitch manages United Data Connect's investigations and oversees the company's in-depth training program for investigative genetic genealogists.
