How leaders and parents can help children turning 12 prepare for temple ordinances and covenants

Parents and Primary leaders can regularly teach principles found in Come, Follow Me that apply to temple preparation (Appendix A; Appendix B).

Parents help their children by using Ordinances Ready to receive a family name and adding what they know to FamilySearch.org.

Parents and leaders participate in the Temple and Priesthood Preparation meeting with the children.
