Pastor David Hill

Pastor David A. Hill is the Senior Pastor and founding leader of Restoration Community Church in Houston, Texas, a congregation he helped plant in 2010 with a mission to rebuild individuals, families, and communities.

A graduate of Texas Southern University, where he earned a degree in public affairs and criminal justice, Pastor Hill began his career as a juvenile probation officer while serving as a youth pastor in Houston’s Third Ward.

He and his wife, Melissa, spent five years in urban ministry across Chicago, Atlanta, and Jackson before returning to Houston, where he continued serving as an elder and associate minister.

Pastor Hill later served as Director of Programs for Agape Development Ministries and remains actively involved in community-based leadership and church planting networks in Houston.

He is passionate about investing in underserved communities, mentoring leaders, and connecting faith with practical service and transformation at the neighborhood level.
